Founder's Greeting

The purpose of this website is to inform Christians that something is
amiss in the
Church today. God has not called me to bash the Church, but the first step in fixing a
problem is to recognize one exists. Indeed, I have a high view of Christ's Church. But we
do have a problem.

It is my belief the core problem resulting in the malaise in the Church today is not a lack
of evangelism, or a lack of missionaries, or even a lack of apologetic skills,
rather it is
a subtle infection that has left today's Church sick and ineffective.

It is a lack of discipling new believers in a intentional and accountable manner. This is the underlying problem to the Church's woes and there is no bigger problem. But Discipleship DynamX offers a solution.

My Journey

High in the Sierra Nevada mountains of southern California in the scorching summer of
1963 a young man at a church choir camp stepped out and walked down the aisle entrust-
ing his life to Jesus Christ.

It was a true mountain top experience for this sixteen year old. Unbeknownst to him, it
was also the start of a journey; a journey that would take the rest of his life.

He was excited in the beginning. When he came down off that mountain he went and talked to his pastors—but they offered nothing. In fact, they were rather negative about it. So he lived his life as best he could; which wasn’t all that good.

That was the ignominious beginning in my Christian walk--my journey. However I have come to realize I am not on my journey, I am on God's journey and on His mission.

The journey He had for me; for each one of us, was established before the foundations of the world. My pilgrimage, like yours, continues; only now with a much greater God-given focus than before … and a call, hence DiscipleshipDynamx.org.

We each are on preordained, predestined journeys. I pray you might include DiscipleshipDynamx.org in your journey--through partnering with us in your prayers, your time, or your resources.

Successfully instituted and created a new missions program. I was also instrumental in the authoring of the Missions Policy. That policy was established based on intercessory prayer, communication between the congregants and missionaries, accountability between the church and between the missionaries with the goal of building interest, morale, prayer, and financial support for the missionaries and the missions program. Forty percent of the church budget was allocated to missions, within a three years period enabling the church to support thirteen missionaries domestically and internationally.

Discipleship is God's Vehicle for Implementing
God's Agenda Through God's People

. . . you know the time, that the hour has come for you to wake from sleep. For salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed. The night is far gone; the day is at hand. So then let us cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light.
